then the Witness wenthimselfhimself to Dr Barrow who told him
he could not & would not come, but desird him to go
to theparish Work House & they wd. send some one with him
the Witness returnd to the Have of the deced & from
thence went with Benj Burrough< no role > to the Infirmy
& the House Surgeon returnd. with [..] thems
to the House of the deced where they overlook
one of Mr. Pilliners men, who had in the
Interim been sent for by the Wife of the
deced that Mr Pilliner's Man opened a
Vein in the arm of the deced who bled very little while
the Surgeon of the Hospital rubbed him with
Hartshorn but without any Effect, then Pronounced
the Deced dead & this Deponent believe him
to be dead & the Witness believes the Deced
did hang himself

That abot seven weeks ago the Deced had some Words with his Son,
& ever since wch time be appeard tonecessaryhave been disorder as in his Mind
& he believes that he was so.

2d Witness Benjamin Burrows< no role > 1st. Request of the Gards
was yesterday at the abovementd Public House in
Company with the deed who said We have [..] done in a my a
at hards Days Work together & earnd. many a pound
but nevershallthat she any more he further sd. the to get of that poor old Bitch
[..] Dr roas broker, that he would hang her first & himself
afterwardsthe Witnesshe shouldsaid he Wd go & get
himself shaved & lay down afterwards which were
done & he went afterwards into his Room that Hinby
abot 10 Minutes afterwards fordwad him into his Coon
he returned immediately to the Deponent beggins
him to [..] come with him that the Deced were
then hangingtheywhere upon the Deponent
accompanied him into the room of the deced
[..] he saw him hanging a lad which was
fastened to a nail, about the peel of the Deced
Set in the Quarter Partition of the room the Deponent
cut the con & Hinty & John Jones< no role > caught the deced
& laid him in the Bed he breathed [..] head once
[..] and once very Eas that Mr Barrow was
sent for thrice who said he could not come nay
fetched a surgeon from the Hospital who by the
time he arrisd. at the Hance of the deced,Street one
of Mr Pillinen Men had formd a Garter [..] round the Arm
of the deced who opened a vein in the Arm of the deced
the deced bled a few Defera little& at the same time the Surgeon from
the Hospital rubbed him with some thing that he told
in a bottle hot without any Effect & theybottomdeclared the
deced to be dead
