on her Oath saith she lives next Door to where the Deceand
didSays she has known the Deceased and her Husband
James Lawrence< no role > near Four YearSays they were both
frequently in Liqnor and Quarrelled and had Words, and
he would Sometimes strike her with his open Handabout
five Weeks age, she saw the Deceased and her Husband both
in Liquor in their own House, and she understood from her
Husband that the Deceased and her Husband had been Quarrelling
and that she was lying on the Floor in the RoomDeponent
saw her two Days of towards, and she [..] her if her
Husband had Hurt her, she answered he had nothe
Deceased afterwards appeared in her ordinary Health but about
twelve or fourteen Days ago. she told Deponent she was very bad
with

With her Asthma and Cough and she did not think
she should have long for that she found herself any different
from what she used to beDeponent says the Deced
Died in Westminster Hospital on Sunday last, the
Deponent assisted in laying her out, and says then
were no Marks of violence on the Body, and Deponent
believes the Deceased Died a Natural Death from the
Complaint of Asthma, Caugh, and Pain in her side

Shoemaker on his Oath saith that he has Known the Deced
and her Husband about Four Years, that they frequently
Quarelled together, and were both in Liquorthe Deced
and her Husband when sober laid quiethy together about
five Weeks ago they were Quarelling and the Deponent
went in and the Deceased was on the Floorthe Deceased
Husband seemed angry at Deponents interfering and want
to fight him but Deponent said he could not do that
and Deponent took and put him across on the fire Place
there being no FireDeponent asked her afterwards if
her Husband had then hurt her, and she said he had not
and
