Informations taken this Twenty second
day of February 1792 at the Parish of
St. James Westminster in the County of
Midsex upon on Inquisition touching
the death of Miles Williams< no role > lying dead
in the said parish Liberty & County

William Tomlinsom< no role > of Market Street in the Parish
of St, James Westmr . Fruitarar on his Oath saith That
Yesterday between Six and Seven in the Evening
this Dept. was Crossing Market street when he saw
the Deced. lying on the Ground in the Coach way
upon his "Face down wards opposite to Mr. Board
the Baker's Door, the Deced being Speechless
and unable to move himself, Says that he
assisted to lift. the Deced up and to carry
him to the Sign of the Bell a Publick house
in the same Street where Deced Sighed twice
and Deced believes he died immediately
Says that no Marks of violence appeared on
the Body, nor any Injury whatever, and Dept.
believes that the Deced to say by the Victation of
in a Fit of some sort

William Kundy< no role > of St. Alban Street in the
Parish of St. James Surgeon on his Oath saith
That a Person came from the Sign of the Bell
in Market street St. James desiring him to
come to see a Man, supposed to be dead,
Says that he went immediately and found
the Deced dead but no violence appeared
on the Body and Dept. believes that the deced
died in a Fit, Says that several other
Surgeons were fetched who used every means
in their Power to recover the Deced, without
effect, and all agreed that Deced died in
a Fit
