the Twenty second day of September in the Year aforesaid one End of a certain price
of Cord which he the said

into an Iron Staple fixed in the beiling of the Lodging Room or Apartment
of him the said

and County aforesaid and the other End thereof about his own Neck did fix tie
and fasten and therewith did then and there hang suffocated and strangle
himself of which said hanging suffocation and strangling he the said

upon their Oath aforesaid so say that the said
