Informations taken this Eighth day of
Septr. 1791 at the Parish of St. Paul Covent
Gardens within the Liberty of Westmr
the County of Midsex upon on Inquisition
touching the death of John 'Webb< no role > lying dead
in the said Parish Liberty and County

Sarah Milbourn< no role > of Grays [..] Lane
Fruiterer on her Oath saith That this
Morning about half past Seven o'Clock
Dept. was going to Market and in great
Russel Street Covent Garden saw the Deced
hold the Rails at Mr. Grignion's House
there but was not able to Hold by them
an immediately turned three time
round and fell down upon Depts Brea [..]
and from there upon the Stone Pavem
and died there instantly, Says that a
Gentleman came there looked at the
Deced and said that he was a dead Man
Says that there was no Person near
the Deced when he fell.
