Informations taken this Twenty ninth
day of August 1791 at the Parish of St,
George Hanover Square within the
Liberty of Westmr in the County of Midsex
upon an Inquisition touching the death
of Gideon Hewitt< no role > lying dead in the said
Parish Liberty and County

George Meller< no role > Servant to Mr. St, George on
Pall Mall (N. 24) as his to the saith That on
Tuesday last the Twenty third Instant about
two O' Clock in the afternoon Dept. was standing
at his Mistress's Door when he saw the Dept.
Gideon Hewitt< no role > lying upon the Ground her
and believes that he fell from a Bay Horse
which had fallen down upon his side, the
Deced he believes was [..] upon that
Horse Says that he was a Things [..]
and Dept. afwards wnet with him and took his
Dispatches to Mr. Dundass's Office in the
Treasury , Says the Deced was a [..]
upon upo forehead over the left Eye
and Deced bled from the Nos [..] very [..]
and a Little from the Month and Dept. [..]
having with the Deced to his House in
Duke Street in the Parish of St, George
Hanover Square and Says that the
Deced's fall was merely Accidental
