Informations taken this Seventeenth
day of August 1791 at the Parish of
St. Martin in the Fields within the
Liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex upon an Inquisition
touching the Death of Jane Walter< no role >
an Infant lying dead in the said
Parish Liberty and County

Ann< no role > the Wife of William Moore< no role > of Duke Street
York Building in the Parish of St, Martin in
the Fields on her Oath saith, That on Monday
last the Fifteenth Instant a little after one
O' Clock this Dept. was in her Kitchin and
having a Saucepan upon the Fire in order
to Boil some of Farrah Beans, which she was
putting into the Saucepan; when the Deced
(who was with her Mother and a Washer woman
in the Kitchin) came to Dept. & with one Hand
took hold of Dept. Sleeve and with the
other Hand took hold of the side of the Saucepan
in order to take out some of the French
Beans, which she called Peas, when the
Saucepan was tilted on one side and
about half the Water therein which was
Boiling fell upon the back part of the Deced
Neck and ran down and Burert the Deced
in Many parts of her Body of which she
died that next Morning she sixteenth [..]
in consequence of being burnt, and Says that
it was merely Accidental,
