Informations taken this Twenty third day
of July 1791 at the Parish of St. James within
the Liberty of Westmr. in the County of Midsex
upon an Inquisition touching the death of
Robert Dynn< no role > an Infant lying dead in
the said Parish Liberty and County.

Elizabeth Eaton< no role > the Wife of Bejamin Eaton< no role > a
Lodger at Joseph Hill< no role > 's W, Carnaby Street in the
Parish of St. James Westmr. on her Oath saith That
Yesterday between two and three o'Clock in the
Afternoon this Dept. was at her own Stall when
she heard Mrs. Barber cry out to a Carter,
saying you have knocked the Child down
upon which Dept. looked wound and saw the Deced lying
upon the Ground Bleading from the Head the
Skull being fractured, Says that she believes
that the off Wheel of a Cart drawn by one Horses [..]
passed over the Head of the Deced by which his [..]
Skull was fractured and Deced Died immediately [..]
Says that the Man that drove [..]
of the Horse and appeared to drive very [..]
carefully and Dept. believes that the Man di [..]
not see the Child, and that it happened merely [..]
Accidentally.
