Liberty and County aforesaid and that it so happened that the said

fell down upon the Ground and thereby then and there Casually and
by Misfortune and against the Will of the said

violent concussion in the Brain of him the said

said violent and mortal Concussion he the said

Twenty fifth day of June at the Parish and in the Liberty and County
aforesaid did die, And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid
do say that the said
