Informations taken this Secffrid [..] day
of June 1791 at Knightsbridge in
the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
within the Liberty of Westmr . in the County
of Midsex upon an Inquisition
touching the death of James. Holt< no role >
lying dead in the said Parish Liberty
and County.

Brocket Grover< no role > House Surgeon at St. George's
Hospital in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
on his Oath saith That about a Quarter before
Eight o' Clock on Tuesday Morning last (31. May)
the Deced was brought to said Hospital by
same Man one of in their was Dressed like a
Soldier who said that he saw the Deced in
a Pond by the Wilderness in the Green Park
and took him out of the Water Says that
he Examined the Deced who appeared to
be dead but Dept. used very Means in
his Power for about an hour to restore
the Deced to Life, but without effect
Says that he saw no Injury upon the
Body, and that he was Drowned.
