Informations of Witnesses taken upon
Oath this 7th, day of April 1791, at the
Dwelling House of Mr. Sythe Known
by the Sign of the Gordon Lyon in Park
Lane in the Park of St. George Hanover
Square in the Liberty of Westminster . Before
Thomas Prickard< no role > Gentleman His Majesty's
Coroner for the City and Liberty of Westminster
on View of the Body of James Cheetham< no role >
then and there lying dead , as follows.

John Treble< no role > of Mary le bone, Lane Cow Keeper , on his Oath
saith, that Yesterday and to Day he was employed to
drag for a Person Supposed to be Drowned in the Serpentine
River in Hyde Park , and he accordingly dragged with the
assistance of other Persons both yesterday and to Day, and
about one o Clock to Day the Drag co [..] the Deceased
and he was brought to the Shore in the Parish of Saint
George Hanover Square in the Liberty of Westminster , he was
dirty with being in the Water supposed to have been there
some Days but observed no marks of violence on him
