It so happened that the said

fell down under the Grate,
and that a Quantity of boiling Water in a certain saucepan upon the Fire
fell down upon the Head and Body of the said

whereof the said

the Infant was then and there Accidentally
Casually and by Misfortune scalded and burnt in and upon the Head and Body
of which said sealding and burning he the said

Thirtieth day of December in the year aforesaid until the Thirty first day of the
same Month did languish and live on which said Thirty first day of December
in the year aforesaid at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid he

so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said
