1790, at the Dwelling House of Mr.
William Hawkins< no role > the Sign of the
Red Lyon in Parliament Street in the
Parish of Saint Margaret Westminster
Before Thomas Prickard< no role > Gentleman
His Majesty's Coroner for the City and
Liberty of Westminster , on View of the
Body of Charles Rea, then and there
lying Dead, as follow, to wit

Edward Hunt< no role > of Fleets Gardens Peter Street Westmr. Sawyer
on his Oath saith That this Morning about a quarter before
Seven o'Clock when he came to his Work at Mr. Coles's in
Cannor Row, he went as usual to ses if the Timbers were
fast, and saw something lay off at the further end of the
Timbers and sent his Son to see what it was, who went
and said it was a Man in a Red CoatHe went with one
Mr. Peirson, and formed the Deced in the Mud along side the
Timbers with his Face Downwardsthere did not appear
any
