being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding but Lunatick and<lb></lb>
distracted on the said Twelfth day of May in the Year aforesaid being<lb></lb>
alone in her Lodging Room in the Dwelling House of <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65230_n1166-18">John Bott</rs>

Liberty and County aforesaid out of and through a Window in the said Lodging<lb></lb>
Room at the Heighth of Two Stories unto and upon the Stone Pavement in<lb></lb>
the said Street did cast and throw herself by reason thereof she the said<lb></lb>
Susanna Campion did then and these receive one mortal Wound and Fracture<lb></lb>
in and upon the back part of her Head of which said Mortal Wound and<lb></lb>
Fracture she the said Susanna Campion then and these instantly died<lb></lb>
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the<lb></lb>
said Susanna Campion not being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding<lb></lb>
but Lunatick and distracted in manner and by the means aforesaid did kill<lb></lb>
herself</p>
