Westmr. Fisherman
on
his Oath saith That Yesterday Morning about
seven o'Clock this Dept. returned house
from fishing when his Wife informed him
that a Man or Boy was Drowned in the
Thames, but the thought it was a Boy and
shewed him where it was between the Pilas
upon which Dept. went there, and was the

Deced's Cloaths being abot. two Yards on the
upper side of the Cauce way, Says that with
his Hook he pulled the Deced to the Share at
Black Lyon Stairs
in the Parish of St. Martin
in the Fields
Says that the Deced was Drowned
but did not appear to have been long Drowned
and Dept. says that he saw no Marks of violence
upon the Deced, but thinks that the Deced
was in Liquor.
