opened the Door with a Pick Lock, and in the Cellar
saw the Deced Hanging by a Cord fastened to an Iron
Hook fixed into the Ceiling and about the Deced's
Neck, Says that he out the Cord the Deced being dead
and Cold, and appeared to have been Hanged [..] some time,
Says that Mr. Sharp the Surgeon was fetched who said that
the Deced was dead and Dept. believes that the Deced hanged
himself, Says that he has known the Deced about three
Months and saw him very ofter, That the Deced had a
bed Cold and complained of a pain in his Head and Dept.
has observed the Deced behaviour for a Month past at
least to be different from, what it used to be and Dept.
thinks that the Deced was at times disturbed in
his Mind.

Mariel Bolton< no role > on her Oath saith That she has lived
about afortnight as Servant to the Deced Michael Marsden< no role >
and saw him every Lay, and Dept. thought that the
Deced was at times, Disordered in his third, Says that
the Deced was very indifferent Yesterday, and went
Servant times into Bed in the course of the Day, That
Sack Night about Twelve o'Clock the Deced was gone into
his Room in order to go to Bed and Dept. carried some Toast
and Water into his Brown did the Deced a good Night
Deced said some thing but Dept. does not know what, and
Dept. went to Bed Says that when she come down Steirs
this Morning about Seven o'Clock and observed
the Deced's Room Door open, and the Shop being shut
Dept. Searched about for the Deced, and not finding
him and observing the Key on the inside of the Cellar
Door she was frightened and called Mr. Taylor the
fish monar and told him that she was afraid her Master
had mad & away with himself, Says that soon after Mr.
Tomkinson and a Smith come to Deced's House and want
to the Cellar, and soon after told Dept. that they forced
Deced Hanging in the Cellar and Dept. believes that the
Deced Hanged himself, Says that she thinks that the
Deced has been at times much Disturbed in his Mind
and that he was so Yesterday and last Night.
