and believes that his fall was Accidental
the Deced being in Liquor

in the Parish of St. George Hanr. Square
a Sworn and Exden Med Surgeon on his
Oath saith That on Tuesday Night the
twenty seventh of January last between
Eleven and twelve o'Clock, was sent for
to the Deced who had fallen down, upon
which he sent Mr. Griffith a Surgeon
who returned and said that there was
a Concussion of the Brain and that it
was a bad Case, Says that he [..] sited
the Deced on Thursday and on Examining
the Deced's Head found a Fracture on
the left side but no Wound externallyon the Scalp
Says that he found it necessary to Trapan
the Deced on Friday, but the Deced
died on Sunday Afternoon the first Instant.
in consequence of the Fracture above-
-mentioned.

Joseph Bridge< no role > a Lodger at Mr. Pinder in
New Bond Street , on his Oath saith That
on Tuesday the twenty seventhsecondof January
last he was at the Room of the Deced
says that he was out with the Deced that
Evening and returned have with the Deced

who undressed himself and was going
into Bed, Says that Mrs. Crabb went down
to Answer the Bell, Says that in about
a Quarter of an hour Dept. heard the
Deced at the top of the Stairs and
immediately heard the Deced fall down
and Dept. went down and found the
Deced at the bottom of the Stairs being
unable to speak on move, and bleeding
at the Nose Mouth and left Ear
Says that he lefted up the Deced and
assists to carry the Deced up Stairs
and laid hi [..] upon the Bed, And
Dept. believes that the Deced
Accidentally fell down and reced
the hurt no Person being with hi [..]
that could possibly cause it the
Young Woman Lydia Avery being in
the Room with this Dept.
