to wit.
An Inquisition Indented, taken for our Sovereign Lord the
King, at the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter, Westminster ,
in the County of Middlesex , the Twenty sixth day of August in the twenty eighth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, by the Grace of God, of
Great-Britain, France and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, and so forth, before Thomas
Prickard
< no role > , Gentleman, Coroner of our said Lord the King for the said City and Liberty, on
View of the Body of John Randall< no role > then and there lying dead, upon
the Oath of Richard Garratt< no role > , Thomas Perryman< no role > , William Hawkes< no role >

Edward Lee< no role > and Joseph Lawrence< no role > good and lawful Men of the said Liberty, duly
chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the
King, when, how, and by what means the said John Randall< no role > came to
his Death, do upon their Oath say, That on the twenty second day of August
in the Year aforesaid the said John Randall< no role > was dressing a certain
Black Horses in the stable Yard of John Mutton< no role > situate in
old Burlington Street in the Parish of Saint James within
the Liberty and County aforesaid and then and there going behind
the said Horses It so happened that the said Horses with both
his hinder feet kicked, the said John Randall< no role > upon his Belly
by means whereof the said John Randall< no role > did then and there
Accidentally Casually and by misfortune receive one mortal Bruise
in and upon his Belly near the Navel of which said mortal Bruise
he the said John Randall< no role > from the said twenty second day of
August in the Year aforesaid until the twenty fifth day of same
month in the same Year at the said Parish of Saint George Hanover
Square within the Liberty and County aforesaid did languish
and languishing did live on which said twenty fifth day of August
in the year aforesaid at the Parish last abovementioned he the said
John Randall< no role > of the mortal Bruise aforesaid did die and so
the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said
John Randall< no role > in manner and by the means aforesaid Accidentally
Casually and by misfortune came to his Death and not otherwise.

In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the
said Richard Garratt< no role > Foreman of the said Jurors on the behalf
of himself and the rest of his Fellows in their presence have to this
Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the Day Year and Place
abovementioned
