his Death, do upon their Oath say That the said

Infant (to wit) of the Age of three Years or thereabout on the first day
of May in the Year aforesaid being at play with two other Children in
a certain Hay Lost situate in Mason's Arms
Yard in the said Parish
of Saint George Hanover Square
within the Liberty and County aforesaid
and the Door of the said Hay lift being open It so happened that the

the Infant Accidentally Casually and by
Misfortune fell out of and from the said Hay lost unto and upon
the Stone Pavement in the said Yard and thererby did then and there receive
One Mortal Fracture in and upon the left side of the Head of him

then and there died. And so the
Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said

the Infant in Manner and by the Means
aforesaid Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune came to his
Death and not otherwise.
