chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the
King, when, how, and by what Means the said

the twenty sixth day of November in the Year aforesaid being
upon the Ice on the Canal in St. James's Park
in the
Parish and County aforesaid it so happened that the

Accidentally Casually and by
Misfortune fell into the said Canal and in the Water
thereof was suffocated and Drowned of which said
Suffocation and Drowning he the said

did die And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath
aforesaid do say that the said

in
manner and by the means aforesaid Accidentally
Casually and by Misfortune came to his death and not otherwise
