chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the
King, when, how, and by what Means the said Thomas Babbs came to
h is Death, do upon their Oath say That the said

thirty first day of October in the Year aforesaid being in the
Stable of

situate in New Bond Street
in the Parish
of Saint George Hanover Square
within the Liberty & County
aforesaid and then and there Accidentally Casually and by
misfortune received a Kick in and upon his stomach from a
certain Black Horse in the said stable whereby the stomach of
the said Thomas Babbs was violently bruised of which said
Bruise the said Thomas Babbs at the said Parish of St. George
Hanover Square
within the Liberty and County aforesaid from
the said thirty first day of October in the Year aforesaid until
the second day of November in the same Year did languish
and languishing did live on which said second day of November
in the Year aforesaid he the said Thomas Babbs at the Parish
last mentioned of the mortal Bruise aforesaid did die and
so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that
the said Thomas Babbs in manner and by the means aforesaid
Accidentally casually and by Misfortune did die
In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said
