into the Wainsert<lb></lb>
in a Room in the Dwelling House of the said Henry Lea Situate on Brewers Green<lb></lb>
in the said Parish Liberty and County and the other and thereof about his own Neck did<lb></lb>
Fix tye and fasten, and therewith did then and there Hang Suffocate and Strangle<lb></lb>
himself of which said Hanging Suffocation and Strangling he the said Henry Lea<lb></lb>
then and there Died. And to the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say. That<lb></lb>
the said Henry Lea not being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding but Lunatic and<lb></lb>
Distracted in manner and by the Means aforesaid did Kill himself. In Witness whereof<lb></lb>
as well the said Coroner as the Foreman of the Jurors aforesaid, or behalf of himself and<lb></lb>
the rest of the said Jurors have to this Inquisition set their Hands and Seals the Day Year<lb></lb>
and at the Place abovementioned.</p>
