aforesaid.) on the eighth day of June in the Year aforesaid,
being upon and Walking across certain Barges then and there
loaded with Coals, It so happened, that the said William Stanby
did then and there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune
fall into the said River Thames
and in the Waters there of was
then and there Suffocated and Drowned of which said Suffocation
and Drowning he the said William Stanley< no role >
then and there
died. And so the Jurors aforesaid, upon their Oath aforesaid,
do say, that the said William Stanley< no role >
in manner and by the
Means aforesaid, Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune came
to his death and not otherwise.
