Informations taken the Thirtieth
day of May 1786 of the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square with in the
Liberty of Westmr. in the County of
Midsex upon on Inquisition
touching the death of Thomas Noble< no role >
lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County.

Thomas West< no role > of Mount Street Apothecary
on his Oath saith, That on the Twelfth day of
this Instant about One o'Clock this Dept was
desired to come to Lord Moreforis House
in Park Street Grosvenor Square Says that
he went and found that Thomas Noble< no role > the
Deced had received a Contusion on the
right side of his Head, whight Dept. was
informed was occasioned by a fall from
a Horse in Hyde Park , Says that Mr
Gunning was likewise called in and
attend the Deced, who died yesterday
morning the twenty ninth Instant
about Ten o'Clock and Dept. is of
Open that the Deced died of a Confussion
of the Brovey in consequence of the fall
abovementioned. And Says that Mr
Gunning was of the same [..]
