An Inquitition Indented, taken for our Sovererign Lord the
King at the parish of saint Martin in the Fields
within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter, Westminster ,
in the Counrty of Middlesex , the Fourth day of April in the twenty sixth
Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the Third, by the Grace of God, of
Great-Britain, France and Ireland, King, Defender of the Faith, and so forth, before Thomas

View of the Body of Charlotte Frost an Infant then and there lying dead, upon

and George Willson< no role > good and lawful Men of the said Liberty, duly
chosen, who being then and there sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the
King, when how and by that what Means the said Charlotte Frost came to
h er Death do upon their Oath say, That on the third day of April in the
year aforesaid, Richard Shoubron was carefully driving a certain
empty Cart Drawn by two hores in St Marins lane in the
Parish aforesaid, within the liberby abd County aforesaid , That
the said Charlotte Frost and two other Children being in the
same lane, it so happened that the said Charlotte Frost
in Croping the End of Charlotte street fell down and that the
near Wheel of the said Cart or drawn as aforesaid, Accidentally
Casually and by Misfortune passed over the Head of the said
Charlortte Frost by means whereof, she the said Charlotte
Frost then and there received one Mortal Fracture in and upon
the left side of the Head of his the said charlotte Frost, of which
said mortal Farcture she the said Charlotte Frost the Infant
then and that died and so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath
aforesaid, do say, that the said Charlotte Frost in manner
and by the means aforesaid, accidentally Casually and by
Misfortune came to the Death.

In Witness where of ad well the said Coroner ,
as the said John Tindall< no role > Foreman of the said Jurors, on the
behalf of himself and the rest of his Fellows in their
Presence, have to this Inquisition, set their Hands and
Seals the Day Year and place above written
