of February 1786 at Knightsbridge in
the Parish of St. Margaret unknown to
Liberty of Westmr . in the County of Midsex
upon an Inquisition touching the death
of John Berry< no role > lying dead in the said
Parish Liberty and County.

Thomas Harris< no role > Laborer on histo hisOath
saith That he was yesterday employed Hyde
Park in Digging Gravel and [..]
Eight o'Clock in the Morning he saw the
Deced in the Serpentine River, walking [..]
the Middle, and being about ten or twelve
Yards from the Shore Deced threw himself
down upon his face, Says that he want
towards the Deced and acquainted John
Yallock that a Man was in the River upon
which he went into the River and pulled the
Deced to the Shore in the Parish of St. Margaret
Westmr , Says that the Deced Breathed once or
twice after he was taken out out died imediately
Says that he was taken to the For in Knightsbridge
where every thing was done by Mr. Jackson
to restore him but without effect.
