Informations taken this Twenty
fifth day of Octr. 1785 at Tothill Fields
Bridewell in the Parish of St. Margaret
within the Liberty of Westmr. in the
County of Midsex upon our Inquisition
touching the death of George Watson< no role >
a Prisoner lying dead in the said
Prison.

William Farington< no role > a Prisoner in Tothill
fields Bridewell on his Oath saith that
he has been Prisoner there upwards of
six months last part that George Watson< no role >
the Deced has likewise been Prisoner
there about ten Weeks, and appeared
to be in health did not complain until last Wednesday
the Nineteenth Instant when he Complained
of a pain in his Limbs, That he was
worse the next day, and on Friday
was delivers and was not able to
speak afterwards, says that the Deced
died this Morning between four & Five
o'Clock, this Dept. having attended the
Deced ever since he was taken ill
says that Mr. Hanbury the Apothecary
attended the Deced and Sent him
Medicines which which Deced took when
he was able, says that the Governor
sent the allowance of the Prison to
the Deced every Day, and gave Money
to buy Wine [..] two Penny for the Prisoner
part of which the Deced Took, but afterwads.
was not able, Says that the Deced was
not ill in by every Person in the Prison
and that Deced died in a natural way
