that the Deced had not fastened the Vault
Door, and raking Deced the reason, Deced
answered that he was carrying up one of
the Vault Door, that he struct his foot
against an empty half hogs head and
fell down with the Door and had hurt
his side, says that Deced went home
immediately, that he came there the next
Morning with his left Arm in a sling
not being able to do his Business, Says
that Deced went away again and sent
another Mens there to do his work, and
Dept. was informed that dew by Deced's
wife, that he was in the Westmr. Hospital
with his Arm broke says that he saw Deced
on the Ninth Instant at the Hospital
when the Deced appears to be left headed
and Dept. was informed that the Deced died
this Morning in the Hospital, Says that
the Deced [..] to Drinking and
[..] Liquor on these day Evening
[..] he fell [..] and Dept. thinks
the hurt which the Deced reced by the
fall brought on the fields of which he
dead
