Seventh day of April 1785 at the
Parish of St. Margaret within the
Liberty of Westmr . in the County of
Midsex upon an Inquisition
touching the Death of James Cutbush< no role >
lying dead in the said Parish Liberty
and County.

Joseph Dawkin< no role > House Surgeon at the Westmr.
Hospital in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr .
on his Oath saith That between Twelve & One
o'Clock last Sunday Morning the Twenty fourth
day of this Instant April James Cutbush< no role > the
Deced was brought to said Hospital as an
Accident which happened by a fall from his
Horse near the End of Westmr. was [..] Bridge in the
Parish of St. Margaret Westmr. having a
large Fracture on the Right side of this Head
Deced being insensible, and confrimed so to
the time of his Death, which happened
Yesterday about five o'Clock in the Afternoon
in Consequence of the Fracture, Says that all
proper Care was taken of the Deced, in the
Hospital, but Dept. had no Expectation of
his Living from the time he first said the
Deced.
