, on her Oath saith, That
on Thursday Evening last the Seventeenth
Inst. Dept. went to the Door of John Potts< no role >
her
Brother
in Church Lane
in the Parish of St.
Martins in the Fields
to see her Father who
lived there with her Brother, and found
the Door fastened, and the Deced and Brother
Quarrelling, Says that she desired one of
the Men at the Watch house to go with her
to open the Door, but he did not go, Says
that she went into Mrs. Waltering Sellar
under Mrs. Pott's House and Stay there
above half an hour, but heard no Quarrelling
Says that she went to her Father on
Friday at Noon, and proposed taking him
away to her Lodging, and Deced desired
that she & her Husband would came for him
that Evening, Says that Dept. went accordingly
between Seven & Eight o'Clock, and her
Brother told has Deced Shod. not go that
Night, after [..] king of Pint of [..] er
to Deced and Dept then went away that
she went there again an Saturday found
the Deced very ill and appeared to be dying
Says that she stayd there about, an hour [..]
went away about two o'Clock after [..]
Deced a Dish of Tea, he not being able to
Eat any Bread & Butter, Says that on
Sunday Morning Dept. was informed that
the Deced was Dead Says that the Deced
never complained to Dept. of having be
wanted Victuals or of being ill used by
his Son, and Dept. believes that the Deced
died a natural Death
