chosen, who being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the<lb></lb>
king, when, how, and by what Means the said Luke Hogarth came to<lb></lb>
his Death, do upon their Oath say, That the said Luke Hogarth not<lb></lb>
being of sound Mind Memory and Understanding but<lb></lb>
lunatick and distracted, on the fifth day of February<lb></lb>
in the Year aforesaid, one End of a certain Piece of small<lb></lb>
Cord unto an Iron Staple at the top of a Door in Andley<lb></lb>
Street Chapel in the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty<lb></lb>
and County aforesaid, and the other End thereof about<lb></lb>
his won Neck did fix tye and fasten, and therewith<lb></lb>
did then and there hang suffocate and strangle<lb></lb>
himself of which said Hanging Suffocation and<lb></lb>
Strangling he the said Luke Hogarth then and there<lb></lb>
died. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath<lb></lb>
aforesaid do say, that the said Luke Hogarth, not being<lb></lb>
of sound Mind Memory and Understanding but lunatic<lb></lb>
and distracted, in Manner and by the Means aforesaid<lb></lb>
did kill himself. In Witness whereof as well the<lb></lb>
