Informations taken this fourteenth
day of January 1785 of the Parish of
St. Margaret Westmr . within the County
of Middlesex upon an Inquisition
touching the death of Mary Faster
lying dead in the said Parish Liberty
and County.

John Winslow< no role > Mayd House Surgeon at the
Westmr. Hospital in the Parish of St. Margt.
Westmr. on his Oath saith That about six
Weeks ago Mary Foster< no role > the Deced was brought
to said Hospital as an Accident having a
Compound Fracture on the left Log Says
that all proper care was taken of the
Deced there by Mr. Watson, who proposed
taking off the Leg, which the Deced would
not consent to otherwise Dept. think it very
possible that the Deced wright have lived
Says that the Deced died Yesterday Morng.
as Dept. thinks, and that her Death
was in consequence of the Fracture
abovementioned. And this Dept. Further
Says that the Deced told him that she
raced the Fracture abovementioned
by tumbling down near her soon
Door.

Stone sawyer on her Oath Saith, That about
Eight Weeks ago Mary Hoster the Deced
(who Lodge with Dept.) was standing at
Dept. Door, being a Shilling for courage home
with her, Accidentally fall down upon her
left side, and was not able to move, Says
that
