of December 1784 at Tothill Fields Bridewell
in the Parish of St. Margaret within the
Liberty of Westmr. in the County of Midsex
upon an Inquisition touching the death
of John Lucas< no role > This name instance is in set 1397. This set is in the group(s): GarrowsClients . a Prisoner then & there
lying dead.

John Peach< no role > a Prisoner in Tothill Fields B [..]
on his Oath saith That he has been there between
Seven & Eight Months and that John Lucas< no role > This name instance is in set 1397. This set is in the group(s): GarrowsClients . the
Deced has likewise been Prisoner there about
five weeks, appearing to be in perfect the [..] whose
he was brought in, and continued so about three Weeks
and was then taken ill complaining of [..]
Pa [..] all over him, That the Deced had
a Fever and grew worse, and died this
Morning between [..] & seven o'Clock, and
Dept. attended him during his illness, Says that
the Deced had the Allowance of the Prison
every Day, and was not ill treated either
by the Governor or any Person in the
Prison, and Says that the Deced died
a natural Death in the Prison
