Informations taken this First day of
July 1784 at the Parish of St. Margaret
within the Liberty of Westmr. in the County
of Middlesex upon an Inquisition touching
the death of John Lymm< no role > lying dead in the
said Parish Liberty and County.

William Hopkins< no role > a Pupil in the Westmr. Hospital
in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr . on his Oath
Saith That on Tuesday last in the afternoon the Twenty Ninth day
of June John Lymm< no role > was brought to said Hospital
as an Accident, appearing to be very low and
in great agencies, Says that he bled the Deced
who did not get better, and died that Night
about Twelve o'Clock. Says that the Body was
Opened the next day, when he found a large
Vein leading to the Liver Ruptured, and a
piece of the Liver tore from the other part
and was hanging, which Dept. believe to be the
cause of Deced's Death.

Joseph Millington< no role > Assistant Apothecary at the
Westmr. Hospital on his Oath saith that on
Tuesday Evening last the Deced was brought to
said Hospital, that he saw the Deced about Nine
o'Clock that Evening, when Deced told Dept. that
his name was John Lymm, That he act with
his Accident below Bridge, Wapping way and
that it happened by his being Jambed between
two Vessels or Barges, but did not charge or
blame any Person with having caused the
Accident, Say, that the Deced died about
Twelve o'Clock that Night, after every thing
proper having been done for him
