House of Joseph Mousey situate in New Street in the Parish
aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid, And
then and there Sitting in one of the Windows in the said Room
and the Sash being up, It so happened that the said

the Infant Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune
fell out of and through the said Window into and upon
the Stone Pavement in the said Street, and thereby then and
there received one Mortal Fracture in and upon the back
part of her Head, of which said mortal Fracture she the

Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say,

Accidentally Casually and by
Misfortune in Manner and by the Means aforesaid came to her
