Court on her Oath saith That the Deced
had taken a Lodging in Depts. House, and
this Morning about a Quarter before Seven
came to Depts. House and went up Stairs
Says that Mrs. Davies the Deced's wife
came there a little before Eight o'Clock
and went up Stairs, That she imediately
called out and Dept. went up Stairs
and holding up the Deced who was
Hanging by a Cord fastened and [..] Staple in into the
Ceiling and about his Neck, Says
that she went down for a pair of Se [..]
with which she cut the Cord, and Deced
fell down appearing to be dead, and
Dept. believes that the Deced Hanged
himself.
