and distracted on the Twelfth day of May in the Year aforesaid
at the Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and County
aforesaid on End of a certain Piece of Cord unto an Iron Staple
fastened into the Ceiling in the Apartment of him the said

and County aforesaid, and the other End thereof about his
own Neck did fix tye and fasten, and therewith did then
and there hang suffocate and Strangle himself, of which
said Hanging Suffocation and Strangling he the said

their Oath aforesaid do say, that the said
