aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid in and upon the said Constance Frost then<lb></lb>
being his Apprentice and in the Peace of God and our said Lord the King then and there being<lb></lb>
feloniously wilfully and of his Malice afore thought did make an Assault And tha the said <rs type="persName" id="WACWIC65224_n303-21">William<lb></lb>

sufficient and necessary Sustenance and Food for the Preservation and support of her Body.<lb></lb>
feloniously wilfully and of his Malice afore thought did neglect and refuse And that the said<lb></lb>

the said Constance Frost in Severe frosty Weather to lay in a Wet an Damp Cellar without proper and necessary<lb></lb>
Bed and Bedding for the Defence of the said Constance Frost from the Inclemency of the Weather feloniously<lb></lb>
wilfully and of his Malice afore thought did oblige and compel, By Reason of which said neglecting<lb></lb>
and refusing to Administer to the said Constance Frost sufficient and necessary sustenance and Food as<lb></lb>
aforesaid And also by reason of which said obliging and compelling the said Constance Frost to lay in the<lb></lb>
Wet and Damp Cellar in manner aforesaid she the said Constance Frost did languish and languishing did live<lb></lb>
until the Twenty fourth day of January in the Year aforesaid, on which said Twenty fourth day of January. She the said<lb></lb>
Constance Frost being refused the Sustenance and Food aforesaid, in the said Wet and Damp Cellar within the Parish Liberty<lb></lb>
and County aforesaid in the Frosty Weather aforesaid did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say<lb></lb>
