She observed the Mingle of the Gun under
the Deced's Arm before and before she
could tell the said Robert Eaton< no role > to take care
of the Gun, it went off by Accident as
Dept. believes, and not by being Fired off
intentionally by Robert Eaton< no role > , Says
that the Deced who sat in a Chair in
the Room about two Yards from his Brother
reced a Wound in his face under the
right Nostril Says that the Deced bled
very much from the wound and never
Spoke afterwards, Says that she believe
the Gun (which always stood in the Closet
was not charged when Robert Eaton< no role > lived
with his Uncle, and that she heard Mr.
Eaton tell some Gentleman since the
Accident happened that he charged the
Gun very lately, says that the Deced &
his Brother appeared to be in perfect
Love and Friendship together at the time
the Accident happened yesterday and
believes that the Gun went off by
Accident.

William North< no role > of Chelsea Surgeon s, on their
Oaths severally say That they were desired
to come to William Eaton< no role > the Deced
yesterday between Twelve and One o'Clock
[..] on going to the Deced found he had
received a Wound from a Musket Ball, under
his [..] re [..] Nostril, which had deprived the

Deced of his Senses, and Deced died
between four and five o'Clock this Morises
in consequence of the Wound above mentioned
