Says that she Deced was down Stairs twice<lb></lb>
on Tuesday last Jany. 7th. and wrote a Petition<lb></lb>
for Mrs. Robinson that Afternoon, and Dept.<lb></lb>
did not sea Deced afterwards alive Says that<lb></lb>
the next Morning he sent a Child upstairs<lb></lb>
with a Rowl for Deced's Breakfast, and<lb></lb>
Town returned saying she could not make<lb></lb>
him hear That he afterwards went up<lb></lb>
and called Deced and had no Answer, that<lb></lb>
a Lamplighter went up his Ladder and looked<lb></lb>
through the Window but could not see the<lb></lb>
Deced in the Room Says that a Smith was<lb></lb>
fetched, who forced open the Deced & Room<lb></lb>
Door, which was Locked, upon which Dept.<lb></lb>
Mr. Warren and some others went into the<lb></lb>
Room and saw the Deced lying on his Back<lb></lb>
on the Floor, there between the Bed and the<lb></lb>
Fire Place, with his Head resting against<lb></lb>
the Waincott, Says that he felt the Deced<lb></lb>
who was dead and Cold, appearing to have<lb></lb>
been dead some time, Says that he observed<lb></lb>
no Marks of violence upon the Deced, and<lb></lb>
Dept. believes that the Deced Died in a fit,<lb></lb>
the Decd having had several Fitz before,<lb></lb>
Says that when he got into the Room he<lb></lb>
saw the Key of the Room Door lying upon some<lb></lb>
Drawers in the Room.</p>
