George Kelman< no role > one of the Watchman
of the Parish of St. James Westmr . on his
Oath saith That on Sunday Night last as he
was calling half after Eleven o'Clock he saw
the Deced Setting at a Door in George Court
Piccadilly , Says that he asked her to do
with him to the Watchhouse to which
Deced Answered that she had been there two
or three times, and could not be Admitted,
and would not go again with Dept. the
Deced appearing to be Sober Says that
he saw the Deced afterwards at other Doors
in the Court, and at Mr. Lee's Door in
Piccadilly , Says that at Six o' Clock when
Dept. went off his Watch the Deced was
Sitting at Mr. Lee's Door, but Dept. did not
apprehend her to be dying, That the Deced
told Dept. that she wanted to get into the
Watchhouse for that Night, and that she wod.
go the next day to her Husbands Parish
in Buckinghamshire , and that her Husband
was dead.

of St. James on his Oath saith That he was at
the Watchhouse on Sunday Night last
That about Nine o' Clock a Woman came
to the Watchhouse desiring to be Admitted
Says that Mr Lemon the Beadle soon after
told Dept. that he had told the Woman she
could not be Admitted, it not being [..]
to Admit any Body at that time when
the Watchman are sent out, Says that
he saw the Woman that [..] to be
Admitted, and saw the Deced yesterday
Morning at Mr. Lee's Door and believes
them to be different Persons.

Thomas Williams< no role > of Broad Street St. James
Surgeon on his Oath saith That he has
Examined the Body of Elizabeth Mitchell< no role >
in St. James Workhouse and found no
Marks of violence thereupon and believes
that the Deced died suddenly in a natural
Way.
