Informations taken this Tenth day of
June 1782 at the Parish of St. Margaret
within the Liberty of Westmr . in the County
of Midsex upon an Inquisition touching
the death of William Stockwell< no role > lying dead
in the said Parish Liberty & County.

James Law< no role > Surgeon at the Westmr. Hospital
in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr. on his
Oath saith That on Friday last about five of
the Clock in the Afternoon (June 7th) William
Stockwell
< no role > the Deced was brought to said Hospital
as an Accident Paving a Wound on each
side of his Head there Rab [..] Says that the Deced Likewise
Complained of his Back, Says that all Proped
care was taken of the Deced in the Hospital
but that he died [..] on Saturday the Eighth
Instant, Says that he has since apeneed
the Body and found a Concussion of the
Brain and a Considerable Quantity of
Extravasted Blood under the dura Mater
which was the cause of the Deced's death

Seventh day of June in the afternoon the Deced
was at Work for Mr. Jackson on Mr. Philip

Say, that the Deced was at Work Makins
Wooden Pins on the Second Floor and tat he fell
down from the use though the Joy its in to the
Hitchter Says that the Deced was so much
hurt by the full hoot he could neither Speak
or move himself and was immediatly [..]
to the Westmr. Hospital Says that there was no
Person on the Second Floor with Deced why [..]
fell, and believes his fall to be merely Accidental
