Elias Maggs< no role > Servant to Lord Brudenell
on his Oath saith That on Wednesday last
the fourteenth Instant he was informed
that Henry Maggs< no role > the Deced, Brother to
this Dept. had fallen at Somerset House
(where he worked) and was carried to
St. George's Hospital, Upon which Dept. went
to the Hospital and found the Deced
there Speechless, Says that the Deced
died there about Nine o'Clock that
Night, and believes he died of the trent
he reced by the fall abovementioned
and that the fall was Accidental.

Verdict, That Henry Maggs< no role > 's Death was
