Informations taken this Fifteenth
day of October 1781 at the Parish of St.
Margaret within the Liberty of Westmr .
in the County of Midsex upon an Inquisition
touching the Death of James Green< no role > lying
dead in the said Parish Liberty & County

Robert Graham< no role > House Surgeon at the Westmr.
Hospital in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr.
on his Oath saith, That on or about the 25th. day
of Sepr. last James Green< no role > the Deced was brought
as an Accident to said Hospital as Dept. was informed, having
a Compound Fracture on each of his Legal
which happened by a Cart Wheel passing over his
Legs, as Deced informed Dept. in the Hospital
Says that all proper Steps were taken in the
Hospital, but Deced died on Saturday last
the thirteenth Instant in the Afternoon
and Says that the Deced's death was in
Consequence of the Fracture abovementioned

Street Westmr . on her Oath saith That on the
Twenty fifth day of Septr. last Dept. was walking
upon Westmr. Bridge when she saw the Deced
lying down there with his Head upon the
foot way and his feet in the Coach way having
both his Legs broke, with the Wheel of a Car [..]
passing over them, as Dept. informed her, the
Horse & Cart being very near the Deced, a [..]
saigs that the Deced told her that he took [..]
Hold of the Hatter of another [..] Horse thereof but
lost his Hold and fell down, when the Wheel
of his own Cat Accidentally passed over him [..]
