touching the Death of Henry

of Kinghtsbridge Labourer
on
his Oath saith That on Monday last (Jany. 22d)
Dept. was going for Grains to Mr. Stevens's
Brewhouse, That he saw Henry Toppins< no role >
the Deced leading aBlenHorse from Water in
the Road at Brompton
in the Parish of
Kensington
in the County of Middlesex
That the Horse appeared to be in Spirits
and was Dancing, That the Horse with his
Near Hind Foot kicked the Deced upon
his Head, Upon which the Boy fell down
Says that he with another Man took
the Deced up and carried him to the Sign
of the Bell and Horns there Says that
the Deced's Skull was fractured on the
Right side of his Head, and the Deced was
Speechless, and was soon after carried to
the WestmrSt George's Hospital in the Parish of
St. George
Hanover Square
, where he
died yesterday as Dept. was informed
and Dept. says that the Deced's death was
merely Accidental.
