of St. Margaret within the Liberty of
Westmr . in the County of Midsex upon
an Inquisition touching the death of
Edward Clare< no role > lying dead in the
said Parish Liberty and County.

John Hudson< no role > of Charles Street Westmr . Says
that on Thursday the 26 day of Octr. last he
saw Edward Clare< no role > carried upon in Crown
Court towards the Westmr. Hospital having
reced a hurt by a Hall, the Deced being
a Painter , and Painting on the outside
of Mr. Stephen Remnants< no role > House in Crown
Street in the Parish of St. Margaret
Westmr. That the Board on which the
Deced stood on the outside of the win [..]
gave way and that the Deced accidentally
fell down, and reced the hurt, as Dept.
was informed.
