Informations taken this Nineteenth
day of September 1780 at the Parish
of St. George Hanover Square within
the Liberty of Westmr. in the County
of Middlesex upon an Inquisition
touching the death of a new born
Female Child lying dead in the said Parish
Liberty and County.

Robert Maland< no role > of Kelmel Buildings Orchard
Street in the Parish of St. Mary le bone
Bricklayer 's Laborer on his Oath saith
That he was at Work yesterday Morning
about Ten o'Clock (Sept. 18th) upon the Foundation a New
House of Mr. Turnham a Butcher in Green
Street in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square
and in a House in the Foundation of the
said House Backward he pound a new born Female
Child Naked, Says that the Child was
taken up in Depts. presence when he
observed a small Cut in the Mouth
and a blackness on the Right Hip of
the Child, Says that the Child did not
appear to have been long dead, nor did
he observe any other Marks of violence
upon the Deced

Joseph Ferdinando Gillis< no role > of Gros [..]
in the Parish of St. George Hanover Square Surgeon
on his Oath saith That he this day Examined
a New born Female Child in St. Georges Workman
and observed a lascerated Wound Extending
from the Right Angle of the Mouth about
half an Inch Says that from the Size and
appearance of the Child, Dept. does not think
it
