King, when, how, and by what Means the said Sarah Carrick came to<lb></lb>
h is Death, do upon their Oath say , That the said Sarah Carrick not being<lb></lb>
of sound Mind Memory and Understanding but lunatick<lb></lb>
and distracted on the Twenty second day of January in the<lb></lb>
Year aforesaid at the Parish and in the LIberty and County<lb></lb>
aforesaid, one End of a Certain Piece of small Cord unto an<lb></lb>
Iron Hook fastened into the Wainscot in the Lodging Room or<lb></lb>
Apartment of her the said Sarah Carrick in the Dwelling House<lb></lb>
of Mr. Wells situate and being in the said Parish Liberty and<lb></lb>
County and the other End thereof about her own Neck did fix<lb></lb>
tye and fasten, and there with did then and there Hang<lb></lb>
Suffocation and Strangling she the said Sarah Carrick<lb></lb>
then and there died. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their<lb></lb>
Oath aforesaid do say, that the said Sarah Carrick not being<lb></lb>
of sound Memory and Understanding but lunatick and distracted<lb></lb>
in Manner and by the Means aforesaid did kill herself<lb></lb>
In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner as the said<lb></lb>
