chosen, who, being then and there duly sworn and charged to enquire for our said Lord the
King, when, how, and by what Means the said

Sound Mind Memory and Understanding, but lunatick and distracted
on the Eighteenth day of January in the Year aforesaid at the Parish
and in the Liberty and County aforesaid, a certain Pistol charged
with Gun powder and a leaden Bullet which he the said

then and there had and held in his right Hand to and
against the left Breast of him the said

did then and
there shoot off and discharge by Means whereof he the said

did then and there give unto himself with the leaden Bullet
aforesaid so discharged and shot out of the Pistol aforesaid, by the
force of the Gun Powder aforesaid, in and upon the left Breast of him

one mortal Wound of the Breadth of one Inch
and of the Death of five Inches, of which said mortal wound he the
said

from the said Eighteenth day of January in the Year
aforesaid until the Twentieth day of the same Month and Year at the
Parish aforesaid within the Liberty and County aforesaid did
languish and languishing did live, on which said Twentieth day
of January aforesaid at the Parish and in the LIberty and County
aforesaid he the said

did dye. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid
