To wit.


To the Constable of the Parish of St. Martin in
the Fields within the said Liberty of Westminster .

By Virtue of my Office, there are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and command you, that on fight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Men of the said Liberty, personally to be
and appear before me, on Monday the 13th. Day
of July inst by Seven of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Richard Stanley< no role > king
by the Sign of the Ship for Craven Court in the
Parish of St. Martin in the Fields within the
Liberty of Westminster
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of James Hamson< no role >
and for your so doing this is your Warrant. And that you also attend at the
Time and Place abovementioned to make a Return of the Names of those
you shall so Summon: And further to do and execute such other Matters
as shall be then and there enjoined you, and have you then there this Warrant.

GIVEN under my Hand and Seals this 12th. Day of July in
the Year of our Lord 177 8.
